BBC News - Kodak sues Apple and RIM over iPhone and Blackberry
“Camera maker Kodak has said it will sue Apple and Research In Motion (RIM), the makers of the iPhone and Blackberry, over technology used in their handsets.” Whatever, I’m just waiting for the countersuit. Why is the tech industry wasting time with these circular-firing-squad lawsuits? To me, this is a clear sign of the growing irrelevance and danger of the current IP protection regime.
